Reasonable Expectations |
With the dawn of the automotive electronics age comes the need for a new outlook on auto repairs. As the driver of a computerized car you should be rethinking what to expect when you take it for repairs. You should develop reasonable expectations.
But, what in the world are reasonable expectations? Many are the same as they have always been. You should expect a clean, orderly waiting area. You should expect a clean orderly shop and parking lot. You should expect bays equipped with modern, well maintained equipment. You should expect Commercial Three Bayper licenses, paper work and ASE certified technicians. These are all reasonable expectations.
